Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on product weight, supplier location, and delivery destination to ensure accurate fulfillment. Final shipping costs will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Order processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery is typically 5–10 business days after processing. Please note: delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and occasional delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, peak seasons, or warehouse availability.
Order tracking
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after your shipping label is created. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor delivery progress.
Multiple shipments
If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive in different packages.
Address changes
