1) What products does Pets Love Perks offer?
PetsLovePerks offers thoughtfully curated pet essentials—from treats and enrichment toys to comfort and care items—all selected with quality, trust, and your pet’s happiness in mind.
2) How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on product weight & size dimensions, supplier location, and delivery destination to ensure accurate fulfillment. Final shipping costs will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
3) Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently ship within the United States only.
4) How long does shipping take?
Orders within the USA typically arrive within 5–10 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
5) Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status.
6) What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition and packaging. Please see our Return & Refund Policy page for instructions on how to initiate a return.
7) How do I start a return or exchange?
Email us at support@petlovesperks.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange, and we’ll guide you through the process.
8) My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it and include photos of the damage. We’ll work with you to provide a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
9) Can I cancel or modify my order?
We begin processing orders shortly after they’re placed. If you need to cancel or make changes, contact us as soon as possible at support@petlovesperks.com, and we’ll do our best to assist. If your order has already shipped, changes may not be possible.
