REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Pets Love Perks, we offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for returns

To be eligible, items must be:

• Unused and in original condition

• In original packaging (when applicable)

• Accompanied by proof of purchase

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or show signs of use, wear, or damage not caused by shipping.

How to start a return

Email us at support@petsloveperks.com with:

• Your order number

• The item(s) you want to return

• The reason for the return

• Photos if the item arrived damaged/incorrect

If your return is approved, we’ll send return instructions and the correct return address.

Return shipping

• If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right and may provide a prepaid return label when appropriate.

• For all other approved returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

• Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Include photos so we can resolve it quickly.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened personal care or grooming items (including wipes or similar hygiene products)

• Perishable goods (such as treats or food)

• Gift cards

• Final sale items

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If approved, return the item and place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post the refund.
